I unexpectedly opened the open-water swimming season. So I didn’t have my swim trunks, cap, or goggles with me. The poor glide is very noticeable when your head stays above the water.

We’ve started a little tradition before the cycling season ends: morning rides of 25–40 kilometers. We rode out to a swamp. I decided to capture the day in my diary with a short entry from the “One Day” series.
